If you received unwanted email sent through Jajabar Marketing, we want to know. Reports are investigated and the sending account is reviewed against our anti-spam policy.
What to include
- The full message headers — these identify the exact message and sender.
- The address the mail was sent to.
- Whether you had previously subscribed to anything from that sender.
Faster option
Every message we deliver contains an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe in Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook. Using it removes you immediately and permanently from that sender’s entire organization — not just the one list.
What happens next
Complaints are recorded against the sending account. An account whose complaint rate passes our thresholds has its sending throttled automatically, and then paused. Repeat or severe violations result in suspension.
