Terms of service
These terms are a starting template. Have them reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction before commercial launch.
1. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Acceptable use
Your use of the service is governed by our anti-spam policy. Sending to people who did not consent is a breach of these terms.
3. Your data
Your contacts and campaign content remain yours. You can export them at any time, and we delete them on request subject to any legal retention obligations.
4. Deliverability
We operate authenticated sending infrastructure and enforce practices that support good deliverability. We do not and cannot guarantee inbox placement, which is determined by each recipient’s mail provider.
5. Suspension
We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaches these terms, generates excessive complaints, or puts the platform’s sending reputation at risk.
6. Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
